gorillas

While my friends were on their adventure in Burundi I was having some fun of my own. I finally took the opportunity to visit the famous mountain gorillas of Rwanda. I've been hearing about this experience for almost two years now and I certainly was not disappointed. These are some amazing creatures and it was such a joy to be able to observe them in their natural habitat. Because we were not permitted to take photos using a flash I wasn't able to capture much but here are just a few to give you an idea of what it was like.

Hi Sarah! I've been meaning to post on here for a while now. I guess I just haven't gotten around to it. The gorrillas look amazing. Your pictures are great. Brian and I had a great time while we were in Africa and it was so good to meet you. Glad you had fun tracking our adventures. Doug, Deanna and Maddy are both back in our area now. It's great to see them again! Hope all is well with you!
